Mountains and the tears they leave behind

In the snow covered mountain peeks, a single log cabin is snow covered. In the snow it looked as if a tree had been cut in two and all was left was the stump of the tree. There lived but one and his left eye was that of a clear blue and his right was that of a dark garnet. His fur was blue as the sky, and as black as coal, his clothing was always covered from head to toe with snow the real color and fabric a mystery that seemed never to be seen. He wore boots on his feet, under his clothing that seemed never to be short of snow was a dark blue loose shirt, white pants. He wasn't custom to having visitors up at in mountain, rarely talked. He walked around the mountain as he was looking for food or perhaps he was just wondering around looking at his trap's and his other device's to help him survive in the cold mountain top. The wind and the snow blowing around as he walked down the mountain reaching the woods as he checked his traps set up for catching food and unwanted guests. Perhaps he would either catch someone to eat or perhaps he would be nice and let them heat their bodies and help them with finding there way around.

One day his traps were set off as he was running to grab his meal for the day, but when he arrived at his traps. He seen something he didn't expect in his trap. It was a small baby as it looked human to him, as the trap was already set off and the little one was laying in the snow and dirt crying aloud. He seen that the child hadn't be struck by the trap, but he wondered if it wasn't indeed a trap for him, as he crouched down against the ground slowly nearing the crying baby. He was on high alert while he was around this child knowing it had not gotten there by itself as it couldn't even walk yet. He stared down at the child, as its small eyes opened up and looked up at him shaking from the cold. His ears twitched, as the screaming child was getting quiet. He had a child of his own once, but it had been a long time ago and they no longer lived. His paws would lower down and scoop up the child as he knew of a village nearby, knowing the ones parents would be wanting it back. He grumbled to himself as he disliked the village and at that the villagers themselves, tho he didn't interact with them he knew they were there. Placing the child against his fur, and under the only piece of clothing he had on his body. The child would quieten and began to sleep as it was getting warm from his body heat, and being out of the cold wind. He made his way to the village he didn't know the name of it as he didn't ever go into it. His journey to the village wasn't that slow as he knew of short cuts to it, as he would sometimes walk around the walls of the village. This time he would walk into the village as it took a few days of searching the village as he couldn't find the parents of this small child, but he would take the time to gather things to help feed this strange little child. He would continue his search as he knew each moment that went by if he was the parent of this child he would be searching from night to day not sleeping until he found his child once again.

[little backstory of his life.]

Long ago as the moons and suns would rise and fall. Ludo once had a family, in the mountains, he would proud to have such a family a son, and daughter. His mate he would only look upon as her beauty was far from words to describe. Perhaps it is best to start off in the beginning before he had a family or a mate. The night had a chill in the air, as the snow was falling down harder than usual.

It was usually falling during the night and clear in the day, but it had been snowing all day and night. Ludo was out checking on his traps and disabling a few of them, as the snow was getting deep enough his traps wouldn’t work. As he walked along the snowy drifts he came upon a small trail. He followed it thinking it may be a injured animal or one that was wondering around in search of food. He would soon come upon a female laying in the snow being covered halfway in snow.

He huffed as his body was bare and the snow was packed up against the warmth of his body. At first she didn’t move, but when he got closer to her. She spoke to him begging and pleading for him to help her. As he would have killed her for being even near his territory. He picked her up and carried her over his shoulder, they soon would arrive at a stump on the top of the mountain. He placed her in front of a fire in the middle of his stump home.

Inside he didn’t have furniture, but fur blankets to help keep him warm even on the coldest of nights. At first they didn’t get along at all as both tried to kill each other, but after the days and months went on. They had begun to feel for each other, even if they were two of a different kind. She was a elf, and he was those that were called a wild one.

One day after they had children, she had taken the children to the village to gather things that they needed. Days went by and days turned into a month, as he had seen his mate and children. He knew it sometimes took a while when she was in the village, one night he walked down  to the village. When he got to the village he found that they had died, their children’s dead body’s were being burned. His mate was nowhere to be found as he had looked for many days, his search stopped when he seen her body laying in a lake floating on the surface of the water.

His heart was broken as he grabbed her out of the water, and burned her as he knew it was her way she wanted it to be. He would return to the mountain as he wasn’t heard from again. As he was naked all the time, the last time he had been seen he was wearing a piece of clothing, many had wondered where he got such a thing. When the two were together she had made him a large poncho like shirt so he could stay warmer in the cold as she had made it out of some clothing he had laying around in the home. He would come back  one day from a hunt and there she was laying on the ground sleeping waiting for his return.

He would cover her with the cloth she had made him. She awoke when he placed it onto her body. She would then take the cloth and placed it around his torso telling him about the clothing and giving it to him as a gift of their love. He never took the clothing off his body as it was like a second layer of fur for him.
