A neon sign lights up the landscape, 'Raven's Den' shined in the night sky. Stepping through the employee entrance, Edna walked through into the kitchen, Izzy following behind. "I hope, I didn't make you late." "For the hundredth time.. You are fine." "Okay, okay." 

"Besides if my crush was in the crowd. I'd have stage, fright too." The scales along her face shined a bright purple as some of her feathers shifted along her body, "W-hat? me hah.. No n-no.. right he's not here?! right?!" Izzy ran through the kitchen, feathers gittering at her sides. "Izzy! Hey! G-get.. no.. get over here.. I was joking. teasing you. Izzy?!" Edna followed behind quickly trying to keep up with Izzy. 

 Quietly walking down the hall from the kitchen to the edge of a stage. To peak out at the crowds adjusting some in the clothing. Izzy's tail slammed on the ground and slithered heavily on the floor peaking through a curtain. Izzy's eyes scanned each face slowly, Edna grabbing Izzy's tail. "Stop! You are going to break the floor again. The manager is going to take your pay again." Izzy was staring out freezing in a instant. "H-h-H." Panting as Izzy body shook in Edna grasp. "Izzy come on, we need to get ready." Edna walking around to see what she was pointing at. "Oh? is that him?!.. oh well look at that. gonna show 'em what ye got girrl ooo nice." "He..heh I can't do it." "What? no come on time to make him want you more huh? How can he resist you? right?!"

Looking up at the stars in the sky, "On that night under the staircase." taking a soft deep breath. "Our arms drifting do-own." moving his hands down from in front of him. "Your kiss made me a believer." wrapping his arms arm himself.

"Cleansed my sins somehow." closing his eyes, holding himself a little tighter. "I'll be what you need." a small smile upon his face. "I'll keep you inside my fortress." lifting his arms up and spreading them open in front of him. "Hand you the keys." holding his arms open to the stars above.

"Leave you to roam these halls." The clouds above stayed still for a moment. Shifting around before forming into ghostly beings. A large building came into view made of clouds, "But you tore down the keep." The cloud shot a lightning bolt across the sky with a soft rumble. "I returned to find ruins."

The beings and building colliding together with another lightning bolt webbing out before disappearing into the clouds. Thunder rumbling along as the clouds parted drifting apart. "You left all my love." A lone cloud being drifted around looking around "In the rubble with these walls."

Taking a deep breath as his hand reached down picking up a guitar placing it on his stomach. "But in my head." Strumming along the strings, the cloud grew slowly. "I am still there." The cloud being began building and shaping another large building,"I can still feel you."

The cloud being, stared at the building floating around it touching the sides every so often. "Breathing slow." tapping of leaf's nearby along with the melody, the wind began to pick up slightly. "I've known this dream for a long time."

Closing his eyes for a moment as the wind blew across his body, "In the air." Opening up his eyes seeing the cloud being lowering itself down onto the ground. "Suspended here."

His eyes widen picking himself up from the ground to stand, continued to strum the strings. "With thousands of words we've spoken." Each being a few feet apart, the cloud being taking a step forward. "Can I soar?" Each one slowly stepped towards each other, stopping only to stand infront close to each other.

 "Up through the clouds?" He looked at the cloud being and smiled softly as the moonlight shined down highlighting the ground around. "Leave all of this beh-h-h-i-i-ind?" The cloud being scooping him up as they both flew up into the air. His grip on his guitar slipped as he held onto it tightly shaking for a moment before laughing happily. Slowly opening up his arms flying through the air in the night sky. For a moment he was up in the air before reaching land once more.

Adjusting himself before strumming on the guitar once again. Clearing his throat softly smiled, "But in my head." The cloud being sitting themselves down upon the grass, listening. "I am still there." bowing some as the cloud tilted its head slightly.

He swayed slowly to the melody, "I can still feel you." the cloud being watching as it begins to sway with him. "Breathing slow." Strumming the strings softly "I've known this dream for a long time."

Closing his eyes, as bit of smoke came from him mouth. "All alone." blowing his smoke up into the clouds above. The cloud building became expanding "I feel your breath." thunder rumbles in the clouds "I hear your whispers."

The cloud being looking up at the clouds above."Dark like storms." his eyes opened staring softly at the cloud being. "Telling me, 'Dear, I'll never leave your mind' " He was silent for a moment.

"Greetings, I hope you've enjoyed the song so far, stay if you wish or stay you are free to do what you'd like." bowing his head slightly as the cloud being continued to sway. "Uh.. can you understand me?" He looked at the cloud being and tilted his head the opposite way it's head was.

"Well I guess you think this is part of the song.. my apologies" He smiled softly hopping from one foot to the other. as he continued strumming. stepping up like stairs moving upward towards the sky as the cloud being followed floating beside. "And you've been there all along." He smiled at the cloud being,

"Tugging me, pulling me down." something tugging him back as he stumbled for a moment looking back. Nothing was there confused he continued up the air-stairs. "Touching him, holding him close." Looking up at the cloud building, expanding across the sky.

The cloud being following him before moving up to it's cloud building. "You've made your home." More cloud beings floated close to the building entering in. "And I see your face through his eyes." Once the cloud being entered into the building it began fighting with the other cloud beings as they were destroying the inside. 

"With every move of your hips." Looking up at the building as the lighting bolts thundered through the sky. He stopped for a moment standing in the air looking up at the clouds. "You're breaking my bones." the cloud being was thrown out of the building and began dissolving some falling towards the ground. "While holding me hostage."

His eyes widened as he took off running across the sky. Catching the cloud being in his arms as he let go of the guitar as it fell towards the ground. Catching his breath for a moment taking a deep breath, his voice was soft. "Could I still love you?"

Looking over the cloud being slowly dissolving in his arms. "Though my arms are breaking?" His arms shook, the cloud being moved its head towards him as his voice was shaky but continued singing. "Could we still be alone?"

Pulling the cloud being close, closing his eyes as a tear began forming, "Do I still know you?" opening up his eyes seeing the cloud being shift their face as they smiled. "Are you still my answer?" He smiled back softly as a tears rolled down his cheeks, as the last bit of the cloud being dissolved before his eyes.

"To the question. I've asked since I was born?" Standing there looking at his empty arms. Moving his arms back top his sides stepping upward to the sky. His head leaned back looking at the clouds above seeing the building being torn apart as the sky cleared. Stepping upward as his pace quickened.

"S..STOP!" He yelled running upward to the clouds. His guitar broken in pieces along the ground, he continued towards the clouds. It wasn't long before the building was gone as the clouds dissolved leaving him standing high up in the sky staring up at the night sky. "Why?" was the only thing he could say before leaning back and falling back down to the ground with tears coating his eyes and cheeks.

A splash as he landed in the lake, letting himself slowly sink. his body soaked in seconds from the water. 'Why? everytime..' His arms slowly lifted up as he stared at his arms memories of those he has held in his arms began to flash before his eyes. Keeping his eyes open while sinking. His tears mixed with the water bubbles coming up to the surface of the water.

His head turned slightly before his vision began to blurr and everything slowly turned dark. A figure was swimming closer to him, 'This is it, I'm going to be eaten. ripped apart. I guess it's my turn to die too.' he thought to himself closing his eyes feeling light, everything that hurt slowly began to fade. The last bubble came from his lips, his body finally reached the bottom of the lake. His body laid motionless at the bottom.

Mercy by Shawn Mendes my version pt.1

Standing on the bridge looking down as the water flowed under it, the time of year was spring as the flower's were all in bloom. The tree's nearby had grew up big and strong as the blew some of the petal's into the water. Humming softly looking down at himself in the reflection of the water, in his hand a ring was tightly held taking a deep breath. Moving the ring around in his finger's keeping it in his palm. His mind though of the first time he seen her "You've got a hold of me, don't even know your power" He was sent to the city a farm boy with ragged clothing, noticing a girl with fancy clothing skipping rock's along the river, "I stand a hundred feet, but I fall when I'm around you" their eyes lock for a moment, she then moved some hair from her face and stuck out her tongue at him. "Show me an open door, then you go and slam it on me" sticking out his tongue back at her, jumping down beside her. "I can't take anymore" skipping a some rock's with her as it became a competition. "I'm saying baby, please have mercy on me"

 The day grew as the year's began going by with flashes of them playing tag, laughing together. "Take it easy on my heart, even though you don't mean to hurt me" Year's of competition's and good time's began flooding his mind. "You keep tearing me apart" His arm's spread guarding her using his body as her shield as he was struck by rock's from the bully's. Year's later brawling with more bullies that were trying to hurt her. "Would you please have mercy, mercy on my heart" Her father and the guard's interrupted the fight as he was shown kindness and was given a doctor. "Would you please have mercy, mercy on my heart" Opening up his good eye and smiled softly showing that he was alright giving her a thumb's up as she stayed by his side. A loud carriage would smack against the bridge snapping him out of his memory's making him turn to the other side of the bridge. Humming softly making his way across the bridge finally, watching the carriage's pass by going up to the ball. After the third carriage passed him having a couple kissing in the back, having a daydream that made him smile.

The daydream was year's later of them together "I'd drive through the night, just to be near you, baby" Jumping into a carriage with her by his side, sitting in the driver seat. Snapping the reign's as the carriage began moving as they were laughing and enjoying themselves. "Heart old and testified, tell me that I'm not crazy" leaning over as he kissed her lips, her arm's wrapped around his neck pulling him closer to her. They were in bed together "I'm not asking for a lot, just that you're honest with me" their body's getting closer together touching and kissing each other. "My pride is all I got, I'm saying baby" her finger's gripped the bed sheet's as she pushed out a child with her leg's up against two nurse's. "Please have mercy on me" he stood beside her entangling their fingers against each other. "I'm a puppet on your string, and even though you got good intentions" snapping out of the daydream as he stood at the front door's as a butler stood by the door opening the door for guest's to the event for those that were invited. "I need you to set me free" reaching into his pocket of his coat showing the invitation the butler nodded opening up the door reading the invite. "Would you please have mercy, mercy on my heart" taking a deep breath as he stepped through the door's looking around for a moment as he followed those in front of him to where the event was happening. "Would you please have mercy, mercy on my heart"

Humming softly as it calmed him some walking through the hallway's another flashback came to mind passing a door. He was younger than he was as the flashback began in his teenage year's. Diving down into the water as he sunk down swimming in a panic. Sana's body flailing about for a moment then was still deep down into the water. Grabbing her around her waist and pulled her up to the surface, swimming to take her to shore. He laid her down upon the bank, "Consuming all the air inside my lungs, ripping all the skin from off my bones" Placing his lips upon her's as he began breathing into her lungs after a few moments she spat up water coughing. Her father along with a few of his guard's surrounded them as Fuego was pulled away and dragged away from her as she was picked up and taken away.

"I'm prepared to sacrifice my life, I would gladly do it twice" In a room standing with binding's holding against his wrist's being held up to the ceiling. A whip slashing along his back as he cried out in pain gripping the binding's tightly, her father standing in the doorway watching with anger. "Consuming all the air inside my lungs, ripping all the skin from off my bones" His muscle's flexes with each lash, sting of the leather upon his body. Lashes upon his body continued through the night until they were done. In the mist of the night he snuck into her room she woke up and wrapped her arms around him trying not to flinch when her fingers touched his lasing's. Holding her through the night "I'm prepared to sacrifice my life, I would gladly do it twice."

The flashback faded as he was stepping along the carpet down the hallway. " Please have mercy on me" holding the ring close to his chest as he was getting more nervous getting closer to the door's "Take it easy on my heart, even though you don't mean to hurt me" Midway through the hallway he stopped and turned to look at the doorway he had gone through to enter this hallway. "You keep tearing me apart" nodding his head softly to himself to the beating of his heart as it seemed to be racing as he looked back at the door, kicking up his feet as he continued his way down the hall a bit more lively. "Would you please have mercy, mercy on my heart" Stopping at the door running his fingers through his hair making sure he looked somewhat decent, "Would you please have mercy, mercy on my heart" Taking a deep breath as he looked at the door's that entered into the ballroom where the music was coming from. Humming softly to himself before touching the door's opening them up as the light's shined down upon him as he entered.

Stay my version pt.2

Alone a piano appears in the shadows, black and white keys began slowly pushing down making the piano play a soft and sad tune. It played the same tune for a moment before a female fox with silver and orange fur came out of the darkness sitting at the piano. Her tail curling up into her lap, as she placed her paws upon her lap as well with her head lowered down for a moment eyes closed, before opening with emerald green eyes watery and filled with pain. Ears lowered down to the back of her head as her two pawed fingertips played the piano's keys, wiping her eyes before opening her muzzle as she began to sing softly. "All along it was a fever"

 Stopping for a moment, shaking her head slowly as the memory came over lapping everything in her head. The room lite up with chandlers above giving light to the dancers below. Her dress caressing her body as she was standing around a few other females. "A cold sweat hot-headed believer" Standing still as it seemed only the two were in each others eyes as they talked in the large room. "I threw my hands in the air, said," "Show me something," He chuckled with a devilish smile upon his face outstretching his paw to her, "He said," "If you dare, come a little closer." Taking her paw into his, as he pulled her close and held her firmly, but tenderly in his arms. The music in the air led their movements on the dance floor. "Round and around and around and around we go" Others began dancing around them, as they were grouped with mates and those in love.

 Leaning her head down a bit leaning upon his shoulder for a moment feeling the warmth of her face grow with a pleasant thought. "Oh now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now you know." They continued dancing upon the dance floor, while the smile upon her face grew. She had closed her eyes for a moment, opening them back up as she seen him standing in the doorway patting his coat before turning around. "Not really sure how to feel about it." She frowned slightly as she stopped the dance and ran over to the doorway noticing he wasn't anywhere to be seen. "Something in the way you move" Lowering her head slightly, before a the males paw touched her shoulder with his devilish smile took her back inside of the building. "Makes me feel like I can't live without you."

 She glanced back outside as the doors closed "It takes me all the way." Her ears low to her head as she was soon surrounded with other females as they began chatting with her. "I want you to stay" Walking into the room, with his paws balled up in fists. The male tiger, with black and blue strips that covered his body. Tears covering his muzzle and down his cheeks, standing at the window as the moons light was shining down upon the world from above. His voice broken and heart felt as he opened up his left paw reaching up placing it upon the window. He leaned his weight against the wall he was dressed in the fanciest clothing he could purchase for such a event.

 "It's not much of a life you're living" Looking out of the window as the night sky had the lights upon the street lite up. "It's not just something you take–it's given" He seen people come and go in carriages from the window. Lowering his head as a tear fell to the floor his right paw opening up showing a ring in the palm of his paw. He stood upon the ballroom among the rich, and famous in his ragged dress shirt, and pants the best he could afford and make. The stitching upon his left shoulder was from a tare he tried to fix. "Round and around and around and around we go" The image of the female he loved and wanted to share his life with, in the arms of another. His ears lowered down to his head "Oh now, tell me now, tell me now, tell me now you know." Placing the ring in front of the window, with a slight sigh. He left the room putting on his coat from the floor of the coat closet seeing as they had used it as something to wipe their boots on once they came inside the building.

"Not really sure how to feel about it." Leaving as he noticed her having a good time dancing with another, he smiled slightly seeing her smile, before leaving. "Something in the way you move" much later appeared walking over a bridge, paws in his pockets glancing at the edge of the bridge for a moment before continuing on across. "Makes me feel like I can't live without you." Crossing the bridge he stopped at a empty building, the roof caving in, and the door smashed. "It takes me all the way." Looking back at the bridge then at the building he would make his way to the land owners waking them up and began bargaining with them purchasing the place. "I want you to stay." Stepping into the room with the other male, as her clothing was being taken off one at a time. The light from the ring would reflect catching her eye as she closed her eyes both of them taking each other upon the floor of the room. Afterwards covered in the sheet of the bed they had missed, she walked over to the window looking at the ring. She reached down picking it up looking at it for a moment before noticing an engraved signature on the inside with his and her name with a heart around it.

The seasons changed as years past he worked in his own shop, selling, trading and bargaining with the towns people. He would have a customer in the shop as he began bargaining with them. She would stand in the window glancing at him in the shop, before making her way down the street in one of her outing dresses. Her umbrella over head as the sun was bright, and shined down on the land. Both at the same time began singing once again, while he continued bargaining "Ooh, ooh, ooh, the reason I hold on" She stopped by a fountain in the middle of the town. Sitting down by the edge as she looked at herself in the reflection "Ooh, ooh, ooh, 'cause I need this hole gone" Small children ran by her, playing as she remembered playing with him as the kids were chasing each other around. "Funny you're the broken one but I'm the only one who needed saving"

The customer leaving with the purchased goods, he walked them out as he stretched his tired old bones. "'Cause when you never see the light it's hard to know which one of us is caving." Looking around with a smile upon his face, soon noticing her sitting at the fountain. She was there alone keeping the sun from touching her face. He stopped and watched her for a moment, his mind thinking about last time he had seen her that night. The last night he had seen her so close, "Not really sure how to feel about it." She looked over at the shop seeing him outside as their eyes locked. She slowly stood up from her seat gripping the umbrella tighter in her paw. "Something in the way you move" He began to make his way to her, before stopping seeing the other male from that night had walked up beside her gripping her arm. Watched for a moment, before turning around as he headed back inside of his shop, with his ears lowered down to his head. The other male holding onto her arm leading her towards a carriage.

 Frowning as she followed, both singing once again together "Makes me feel like I can't live without you." He stood behind the counter, watching her being taken away once more. He looked down for a moment, before raising his head looking into her eyes "It takes me all the way." Her face quickly moved out of view and down to the floor of the carriage. The other male had struck her in the face with the back of his paw. His eyes wide, quickly gripped the club from under the counter and raced outside striking the back of the other male in anger. Her eyes filled with tears as she lifts herself from the carriage floor noticing both males fighting. She stared, seeing the two fighting knowing them both as she stood in the carriage "I want you to stay, stay."

 Both males wrestling around before he smacked his club into the other male until they stopped moving. Standing up, looking up at her for a moment wiping his head from some of the blood from his face. He walked over to the door of the carriage reached his paw out to her his forehead bloody slightly, both looking each other in the eyes "I want you to stay," As she reached out for him, a blade of a sword was struck into his back through his stomach as he was repeatedly impaled with the blade. Before falling to the ground with the club gripped in his paw, she screamed out as she jumped to him and covered him with her body. She began crying, pulling him into her arms tears began flowing down her cheeks. Reaching up as his fingers began wiping the tears away from her face. "oh." Looking into her eyes as he laid there bleeding with a smile mouthing to her "I love you."
